Terms and Conditions

Promotion period and eligibility

Entries are generated by invoices being allocated to the relevant staff member for the sale of Volkswagen wiper blades during the promotional period from 12.01.2026 to 31.03.2026. Pre-registration will be available from 07.01.2026; however, registration and participation may commence at any time during the promotional period. The promotion will end on 31.03.2026.

All sales made between 07:00 Monday and 20:00 Sunday each week during the promotional period will be valid. The promotion resets at 07:00 each Monday.

The nominated Invoice Validator will have one week from receipt of the weekly email to allocate eligible invoices to the relevant staff member.

 

Participation and entry mechanics

Participants will earn one ‘Wipe’ for every eligible and validated invoice that includes the sale of wiper blades. One wipe will be awarded per single transaction.

Multiple participants per site may take part, provided each has an eligible qualifying sale.

Invoices sent to the nominated Invoice Validator will be sourced from Catalyst for Aftersales data. Participants may be contacted for further information if required to validate an invoice.

The promotion is open to participants from One Aftersales brands only. Audi is excluded.

Once an invoice has been allocated and validated, participants will receive an email the following week containing a unique link enabling access to the ‘Wipe, Reveal, Win’ platform.

For every week a participant takes part in the promotion, they will receive a new email. The unique access link will remain the same throughout the promotional period.

The link will contain the participant’s unique Retailer Number. Once clicked, the participant will be recognised and granted access to the site to play ‘Wipe, Reveal, Win’.

 

Prizes and redemption

Prizes will be allocated based on the outcome revealed during gameplay. Not all reveals will result in a prize. Prizes are allocated at random, and all prizes available during the promotion will be displayed on the platform.

Reveals may be redeemed between 14:00 on Monday and 20:00 on Saturday.

Redemption closes at 20:00 on Saturday 11.04.2026 following the promotion end on 31.03.2026. Any redemptions beyond this time will have expired.

When participants complete ‘Wipe, Reveal, Win’, any prize won will be displayed immediately along with a redemption link. This information will also be sent via email. Each redemption link may only be claimed once.

Prize fulfilment will be managed by WAA Chosen.

Prizes consist of digital voucher codes and will be distributed via email only. No alternative prize formats are available.

Emails will be sent to the email address entered by the participant when prompted on the platform. Once submitted, this email address cannot be changed.

 

Prize breakdown

  • • 1,000 x £5 vouchers – Costa Coffee, Starbucks, Greggs
  • • 600 × £10 vouchers – M&S, Amazon, Costa Coffee, Starbucks, Greggs
  • • 300 × £25 vouchers – Amazon, The Dining Out Card, Deliveroo, M&S
  • • 75 x £50 vouchers – Amazon, The Dining Out Card, Deliveroo, M&S
  • • 25 x £100 vouchers – Amazon, The Dining Out Card, Deliveroo, M&S

If a prize remains unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the participant, the Promoter reserves the right to dispose of the prize without liability.

Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal value should circumstances beyond its control require.

 

General terms

The promotion is not open to employees of Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, its agents or contractors, Volkswagen Group brand retailers, or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion. Employees of independently franchised Volkswagen Group retailers may participate.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion and/or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant it believes is acting contrary to the spirit of the promotion or engaging in unfair or improper conduct.

Participants may withdraw from the promotion at any time by submitting a written request to the Promoter.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or rendered invalid due to incorrect participant information, network failure or any technical issue beyond its reasonable control.

Participants must provide a valid email address and/or contact telephone number. These details will be used solely for administration of the promotion and prize fulfilment and will be retained only for a reasonable period.

In the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions and any other promotional material, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

 

Privacy Policy

Your personal data will be held by Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited (the "Promoter") and used only for the purpose of administering the competition in accordance with the competition Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions are the legal basis for the Promoter's processing. If you do not provide your personal data, the Promote cannot process your competition entry and cannot notify you if you are successful.

If you are not successful in winning the competition, the Promoter will delete your information promptly after the incentive has finished. If you are successful, then the Promoter will delete your information after administration of prizes and related activities.

The Promoter will not disclose or share your information with any third party other than those who are engaged by the Promoter to administer the competition. Your information may be sent to countries outside of the European Economic Area where the Promoter's (or its third parties') processing equipment is located in another country but the Promoter ensures that any transfer happens in accordance with the law.

Entrants have various rights with regard to their personal data which the Promoter holds about them:

  • (a) a right to request a copy of that information;
  • (b) a right to require that the Promoter erases your information (but note that this will automatically remove your entry from the competition); and
  • (c) a right to amend your information.

To exercise any of these rights, please write to the Legal Department, Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, Yeomans Drive, Blakelands, Milton Keynes, MK14 5AN. You will need to make your request in writing, specifying the action that you want the Promoter to take and enclose proof of your identity.
